How do I get paid for my property?

  3.  Have the Closing Attorney/Closing Agent mail the check to you.

What happens after I returned the Purchase Agreement?

Once all parties have signed, the purchase agreement goes to the Closing Attorney/Closing Agent and they will reach out to you to coordinate the closing.

What if I have liens and owe back property taxes on the land?

It may not be an issue.  The liens and property taxes will be paid off from the purchase price and the remaining amount will be paid to you. You would not have to pay the liens upfront out of the pocket.  The lien amounts would be deducted from the sales proceeds.
